Victoria PLC (the "Company"), the issuer of €500,000,000 5.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (collectively, the "Notes"), today confirms that the Financing Condition referenced in the notice of conditional redemption dated March 9, 2021 (the "Redemption Notice") has been satisfied. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meanings ascribed to them in the Redemption Notice.

The Redemption Date for the Notes will be March 19, 2021. As previously announced in the Redemption Notice, the date on which payment will be made for the Notes will be March 19, 2021. Please refer to the Redemption Notice for further information.
