Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Blake Gregory Ressel, aged 41, to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of Victoria PLC, with immediate effect.

Mr Ressel, who holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, is a Managing Director of Koch Equity Development LLC, where he leads and manages their European team and activities with an investment mandate centred on partnered acquisitions and principal investments. KED Victoria Investments, LLC ("KED"), an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC, has a 10.70% shareholding in Victoria PLC.

Geoff Wilding, Executive Chairman of Victoria PLC, said:

Mr Ressel commented:

Mr Ressel is currently a director of the following company:

· Flint Holdco (a Luxembourg company)

He was formerly a director of MLX Resources UK Limited. He has held no other directorships during the previous five years.

The Company confirms that there is no other information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mr Ressel is indirectly interested in 10.70% of Victoria by virtue of the KED's shareholding.
