African Consolidated Resources Plc20 July 2007 African Consolidated Resources plc ("ACR" or the "Company") Fundraising Further to its announcement dated 6 July 2007 the Board of African ConsolidatedResources plc, the AIM listed exploration company focused on Zimbabwe, ispleased to announce that 31,034,482 new ordinary shares ("Subscription Shares")have been conditionally subscribed for by institutional and other shareholdersat a price of 14.5p per Subscription Share raising approximately £4.5 millionbefore expenses (the "Subscription").
