African Consolidated Resources Plc16 October 2006 16 October 2006 African Consolidated Resources plc ('the Company') Additional Listing Application has been made for 928,571 new ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market ofLondon Stock Exchange plc.
