Issue of equity
Following the placing of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), announced on 31 March, 2009, the Company is pleased toΒ announceΒ that it has received further interestΒ from investors. As a result, the Company has raised an additionalΒ amount of up toΒ Β£199,000, before expenses, via a placing ofΒ up toΒ 19,900,000 new Ordinary Shares at 1p per shareΒ ("Placing Shares").
Application has been made forΒ the Placing SharesΒ toΒ be admitted toΒ trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 April, 2009.Β AΒ furtherΒ announcement will be released on admission confirming the total number of shares issued.
