Issue of equity

Following the placing of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), announced on 31 March, 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that it has received further interest from investors. As a result, the Company has raised an additional amount of up to £199,000, before expenses, via a placing of up to 19,900,000 new Ordinary Shares at 1p per share ("Placing Shares").

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 April, 2009. A further announcement will be released on admission confirming the total number of shares issued.
