Directorate change

SnackTime plc (SNAK) announces that Tim James, CFO, has given notice that he will be stepping down as a director and leaving the Company with effect from 30th September 2015, to pursue other interests. The Company has commenced the search for a replacement and an announcement will be made in due course.

Jeremy Hamer, Chairman of SnackTime, commented:

"Tim has been CFO of the Company since October 2010 and has seen us through some difficult times. The Board would like to thank Tim for his very important contribution to the rationalisation and development of the Company over the last five years."
