Change of CEO

UniVision, the AIM quoted Hong Kong based designer and installer of digital surveillance and integrated security systems, announces that Mr. Wong Chun Hung has, for personal reasons, resigned as CEO with immediate effect. Mr. Wong Chun Pan, the current Executive Technical Director, has been appointed as CEO with immediate effect.

Mr. Wong Chun Pan was appointed as Technical Director in 1992. He has considerable experience within the surveillance industry and was responsible for the development of UniVision's state of the art CCTV control and monitoring systems.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Wong Chun Hung for his effort and contribution during the period of his directorship.
