Directorate change
UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chan Chiu Wah, known as Mike Chan as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mike Chan joined UniVision as an Assistant Engineer in December 1996 and was promoted to a number of increasingly senior positions in the maintenance and project departments, prior to being appointed to Director of Operations in January 2008. He is responsible for the management of UniVision‟s Project and Maintenance Division. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial and Manufacturing System Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
