Director/PDMR Shareholding

Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy,  has been notified that on 25 August 2015, Paul Hailes, Non-Executive Director of Utilitywise, acquired 11,667 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 158.275 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase Mr Hailes is now interested in 45,001 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the share capital of Utilitywise.
