Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, has been notified that on 22 December 2016 Paul Hailes, a Non-Executive Director, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.94 per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Mr Hailes is interested in 35,001 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.045% of the issued share capital of the Company.
