Transaction in own shares and total voting rights

The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 14 November 2025 the Company purchased for cancellation 109,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 182.95p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 182.95p/182.95p respectively.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 91,656,346.

The above figure (91,656,346) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
