SCRIP REFERENCE SHARE PRICE - 2017 FINAL DIVIDEND

 

In the 31 December 2017 year end results, the Company announced it would be offering shareholders the opportunity to participate in the Unite Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip Scheme"), subject to approval at the Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting. The Scrip Circular and terms and conditions were posted to shareholders on 19 March 2018 and are also available on the Company's website at http://www.unite-group.co.uk/investors.

In respect of the 2017 final dividend of 15.4p (being paid as a Property Income Distribution on 18 May 2018 to shareholders on the Company's register at the close of business on 13 April 2018), the Company announces the Scrip Reference Share Price is 805.60 pence.

This Scrip Reference Share Price is calculated by taking the average of the closing middle market quotation for shares in the Company, derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List, for the five consecutive dealing days from 12 April 2018 to 18 April 2018 (inclusive).

The deadline for application under the Scrip Scheme in respect of the 2017 final dividend is 4:30pm (London time) on 26 April 2018.
