CORRECTION OF RECORD DATE

The UNITE Group PLC Full Year Results announcement for the year to 31 December 2013, released at 07:00 on 6 March 2014, incorrectly stated that the recommended final dividend in respect of the year of 3.2 pence per share would be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 16 April 2014.

The correct date should have been stated as 22 April 2014. All other details in the announcement made on 6 March 2014 were correct.
