Market Update on the Närke Project Acquisition
Further to the announcement on 23 May 2013, URU Metals Limited, (AIM:URU), the base metals and uranium explorer and development company, would like to update the market regarding the admission to trading on AIM of new ordinary shares in URU ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Närke Project acquisition.
Final closure of the transaction is expected to take place in the next couple of days and the issuance and admittance to trading on AIM of the 19,500,000 Ordinary Shares of URU is now anticipated to occur on or around 17 June, 2013.
Following Admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 132,276,722 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") with each share carrying one vote per share.
