Directorate Changes

Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint broker working alongside SVS Securities Plc ("SVS"), with immediate effect.

Additionally, the Company announces that Mr Henry Kloepper has stepped down from the board of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Kloepper is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company also announces that it has appointed Kyle Appleby as Non-Executive Director to the Company with Immediate effect.
