Upland Resources Ltd("the Company")
Grant of Share Options24 November 2025
The Company announces that it has today granted a total of 240,000,000 share options ("Options") to Directors, senior personnel and key contributors under the Company's Share Option Plan (the "Plan").
The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 1.5 pence per share and are subject to a vesting condition linked to the Company's share price reaching 12 pence. All Options carry a five-year term from the date of grant.
