Issue of Share Options
Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Directors of United Oil & Gas Plc, the AIM traded oil and gas exploration, the growing oil and gas company with a portfolio of production, development and exploration assets, has awarded the following options (the "Share Options") to Non-Executive Director, Tom Hickey :

The Share Options relate to a contractual award on commencement of employment.
The Share Options are awarded with the following terms and conditions:
(a) an exercise price of 2.98 pence;
(b) a vesting period of three years from the date of grant;
(c) an expiry date of 3 January September 2031.
The total options in issue post the award of Share Options outlined above will be 48,109,973 or 7.70% of the issued share capital of 625,153,969 shares.
