Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement made earlier today, Unilever PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the prospectus (the "Prospectus") relating to the unification of the Unilever Group's legal structure ("Unification") has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and has been published by the Company.

The Prospectus is available, subject to applicable securities laws, on the Unilever website (www.unilever.com/unification/documents). A copy of the Prospectus will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available in due course at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Company has requested the FCA to notify its approval of the Prospectus to the competent authority in the Netherlands, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten, the AFM) in order for the Prospectus to be passported to the Netherlands.
