The Scheme and the Proposalare expected to become effective on 16 May 2006 on registration of an officecopy of the Court Order by the Registrar of Companies. Trading on AIM in the New Ultrasis Shares issued to Healthstar Shareholderspursuant to the Scheme is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. on 17 May 2006.
