Ultrasis PLC28 September 2005 Ultrasis Plc ("Ultrasis" or "the Company") Board Changes Ultrasis plc Ultrasis plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nigel Brabbins asChief Executive Officer and a member of the Board with effect from 3rd October2005. Mr Graham Lewis will step down as CEO on October 3rd, having acceptedanother senior appointment and, to ensure a smooth handover to Mr Brabbins, willcontinue to serve on the board until 26th October. Mr Lewis has accepted anoffer from the Board to serve thereafter as a consultant to Ultrasis. Mr Brabbins is a highly experienced senior executive with extensive main boardquoted company experience. In the past 25 years his appointments include seniorpositions with Forte Group plc, Securicor Group plc, Business post Group plc and4imprint Group plc. Gerald Malone, Ultrasis' Chairman, said: "The board extends a warm welcome toNigel Brabbins on his appointment. He has the skills, drive, and strategicvision to take the Company forward in its next phase of development, building onthe sound foundations built by Graham Lewis. Graham leaves his post as CEO to take up another challenge with the Board'sthanks and good wishes, having accomplished the task set him on his arrival -namely, restructure the Company and position it so as to fully exploit itsposition as the market leader in computer delivered cognitive behaviouraltherapy. Nigel Brabbins, aged 46, has held within the last 5 years, the followingdirectorships: Sense-Sonic Group plc - DissolvedSense-Sonic Limited - In receivershipBusiness Post Group plcBusiness Post LimitedKryotrans Limited Nigel Brabbins served as a director of the above Sense-Sonic group companiesprior to an intended flotation in spring 2003, but resigned on 13 February 2003when it became apparent that the flotation would not proceed. An administrativereceiver was appointed to Sense-Sonic Limited on 30th July 2003. Sense-SonicGroup plc was dissolved on 18 January 2005.
