Ultrasis PLC06 June 2005 Ultrasis PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company has received conversion notices from holders of £238,572 nominal ofthe 6 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2008. Accordingly, application has today been made for the admission of 47,714,000 newordinary shares to trading on the AIM market. The new ordinary shares will rankpari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and dealings in thenew ordinary shares is expected to commence on 9 June 2005. Following conversion and allotment, the Company will have £825,628 nominal ofStock outstanding and 1,164,850,567 ordinary shares in issue.
