Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 May 2022, Michael Baptist, President I&C, exercised options over 397 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that vested on 1 December 2021 under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2017.
Following the trade Mr Baptist now holds a total of 16,529 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital.
