Additional Listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 670,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. When issued, the shares shall rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will commence on 20 July 2022.
The shares will be issued and allocated in connection with awards of shares under the following share option schemes:
Ultra Electronics Savings Related Share Option Plan - 7,000
Executive Share Option Scheme - 108,000
Long Term Incentive Plan - 555,000
