Resignation of director

The Company announces thatΒ DrΒ Dmitry Dragun has given notice to terminate his position as Chief Financial Officer of the CompanyΒ in order to pursue other business interests. Dr Dragun will continueΒ in his role as Chief Financial OfficerΒ and will leave the Company with effect fromΒ 25 September 2008.Β 

The board of directors of the Company are currently inΒ final stageΒ discussions with regards to a potentialΒ internalΒ replacement and anticipate being able to make an announcment in due course.
