Sarantel Group PLC21 December 2006 Sarantel Group plc ( the 'Company') Total Voting Rights The Company announces that, pursuant to the requirements of the transitionalprovisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of votingrights in respect of each class of share in issue and admitted to trading on AIMat the date of this announcement is as follows: Number of shares in issue Number of voting rights Ordinary A shares of 10p each 53,939,045 53,939,045Ordinary B shares of 10p each 1,036,340 1,036,340 Total 54,975,385 54,975,385 The voting rights of all of these shares are identical. The Ordinary B sharesconvert automatically into Ordinary A shares on their transfer. No ordinaryshares are held in treasury.
