Directorate changes
UK Mail Group PLC ("UK Mail") announces that Trevor Jenkins, a non-executive director of UK Mail since 2008 and chairman of the audit committee, has notified the Board of his intention to retire from the Board with effect from 31st October 2011.
UK Mail also announces that Bill Spencer will join the Board as a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee with effect from 1st November 2011. Bill has a wide range of financial experience and until March 2010 he was CFO of the FTSE 100 company Intertek Group plc. There are no further details relating to Bill which require disclosure under LR 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
