Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK-focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held today, at the offices of Osborne Clarke, 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG, resolutions 1-6, as set out in the notice of AGM in the Company's 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, were duly passed.
