Union Jack Oil plc ("Union Jack" or the "Company"), a UK-focused, onshore oil and gas exploration and production company, today reaffirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Osborne Clarke, 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG on 22 June 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
