United Carpets Group plc ("the Group" or "the Company" or "United Carpets"), the third largest chain of specialist retail carpet and floor covering stores in the UK, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 is being sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website, www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com.
The report and accounts contain a notice of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at Moorhead House, Moorhead Way, Bramley, Rotherham, S66 1YY on 20 September 2017 at 12 noon.
