AIM Rules for Companies disclosure

· Peter Cowgill, Non-Executive Chairman, is a director of GOL Realisations Limited, which entered administration in July 2020. Peter was also a director of (i) Morgan Packaging Limited when it entered creditor voluntary liquidation in September 2012. The company was dissolved in February 2014; (ii) Bank Fashion Limited until November 2014. The company entered administration in January 2015 and was dissolved in April 2017; and (iii) Betterbathrooms (UK) Limited until November 2018. The company entered administration in March 2019.
· Ken Piggott, Non-Executive Director, was a director of (i) Warmways Healthcare Limited when it entered creditor voluntary liquidation in July 2005. The company was dissolved in August 2006; and (ii) William Sinclair Holdings plc when it entered administration in May 2015. The company was dissolved in November 2017.
