Offer Update
Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") published a prospectus on 17 September 2014 ( "the Prospectus") containing an offer for subscription of up to £15 million with an over-allotment facility for a further £10 million through the subscription of up to a maximum of 22.5 million ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in the Prospectus.
In accordance with the terms of the Offer (contained in the Prospectus), the Board has decided to extend the deadline by which applications must be received and accepted to be eligible for the Early Bird to 19 December 2014.
