Unicorn AIM VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary 1p share of the Company as at 31 January 2017 was:

At bid price (cum income)

Per Ordinary 1p share 159.8 pence

The net asset value is calculated after the deduction of the 6.25p per share dividend. The shares were quoted ex-dividend on 12 January 2017 and the dividend was paid on 3 February 2017, having received shareholder approval on 12 January 2017
