Director/PDMR Shareholding

The company announces that on 10 June 2011 Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of the company, completed the purchase of 55,000 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 37.5 pence per Common Share.

As a result of this transaction Alan Reade holds 4,140,553 Common Shares, equal to 7.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
