Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company received notification today that, Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 100,000 common shares of US$0.001 in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 3.33 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Alan Reade is interested in 7,811,358 Common Shares representing an interest of 7.25 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. In addition, Alan Reade is interested in 2,645,695 stock appreciation right options over Common Shares as follows:
