Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that on 25 October 2013, Barry Riley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, completed the sale and repurchase, of a total of 273,334 common shares of US$0.001 in the Company ("Common Share") at a sale price of 5.5 pence per Common Share and a repurchase price of 5.52 pence per Common Share, in order to effect the transfer of 136,667 Common Shares to the Individual Savings Account ("ISA") of Barry Riley and 136,667 Common Shares to the ISA of Barry's wife, Mrs. B. Riley.

Following this transaction, Barry Riley remains beneficially interested in 2,455,556 Common Shares representing an interest of 1.46 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. In addition, Barry Riley is interested in 550,000 stock appreciation right options over Common Shares as follows:
