Block listing application

The Company announces that it has made a block listing application for an additional 5,183,746 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ('Common Shares') in connection with the 2007 Equity Compensation Plan of the Company (the 'Plan'). As a result, 5,183,746 Common Shares are available to satisfy options under the Plan.

Application has been made for the admission of the new Common Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The new Common Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Plan, and will trade under the symbol TYR in a restricted manner as permitted by Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (the 'Securities Act').
