Tyman plc ("Tyman" or the "Group"), a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, is pleased to confirm that, as previously announced on 20 November 2018, Jo Hallas has today been appointed Chief Executive and a Director of Tyman plc.
Louis Eperjesi has today stepped down from the Board as CEO of Tyman and leaves the Group on 30 June 2019. Details of remuneration arrangements in respect of Louis' departure may be found on the Group's website at www.tymanplc.com.

As announced by Norcros plc on 15 March 2019, Jo Hallas will be stepping down as non-executive director at the conclusion of the Norcros plc AGM on 23 July 2019.
