DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Tertiary Minerals plc ("Tertiary" or "the Company" - AIM: TYM) announces that, as a result of a minor arithmetic error, the current shareholding of Patrick Cheetham, Executive Chairman, has been marginally overstated. 

Mr Cheetham's total shareholding is 10,247,801 ordinary shares, representing 13.46 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and not 10,297,330 ordinary shares (13.53 per cent.) as previously announced.
