Framework Agreement signed with NGC and Heritage for new gas supply

Touchstone Exploration Inc. (TSX / LSE: TXP), an oil and gas exploration and production company active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Framework Agreement with the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago ("NGC") and Heritage Petroleum Company Limited with respect to the development, sale and purchase of natural gas and natural gas liquids produced from the Ortoire Block.
