CALGARY, ALBERTA (August 26, 2022) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that Mr. John Wright, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold 258,400 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares"). The proceeds from the sale of Common Shares were to partially satisfy the costs and withholding taxes associated with Mr. Wright's share option exercise announced on August 22, 2022. Mr. Wright sold an aggregate 258,400 Common Shares at a price of C$1.55 per Common Share on the Toronto Stock Exchange on August 23, August 24, and August 25, 2022.
