Following a competitive tender process for the selection of an audit firm, Tex Holdings plc is pleased to announce that it has appointed Larking Gowen Ipswich Limited to act as their Auditor. Accordingly, they will first report on the Financial Statements in respect of the year ending 31st December 2009.
