Travelzest plc ("Travelzest")

Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Travelzest's share capital now consists of 145,136,110 ordinary shares of 2 pence each with voting rights. Travelzest holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (145,136,110) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Travelzest under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
