Travelzest plc ("Travelzest" or the "Company")

Statement re Press Speculation

The Directors of Travelzest have noted the recent press speculation concerning the departure of Chris Mottershead and Colin McKinlay, the Company's Chief Executive and Finance Director respectively.

The Company confirms that it has not received letters of resignation from Mr Mottershead or Mr McKinlay, however, the Company has entered into discussions with Mr Mottershead and Mr McKinlay about their employment terms.

A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
