Market Update
Luke McKeever, former CEO of OB10 Limited, the e-Invoicing Network acquired in October 2013 by Tungsten Corporation Plc has left his role as Executive Director by mutual and amicable agreement.
Luke had already transferred the bulk of his executive responsibilities in order to focus on the integration programme. As the first phase integration work is nearing completion, Luke has left the business to seek fresh challenges.
Luke McKeever comments: "Tungsten is in an enviable position, with excellent people and a wonderful customer base. The new capabilities and senior talent that Tungsten has brought to bear will help to underpin a very bright future. I would like to thank the team for their magnificent support over the past three years and wish them and our customers success in this exciting phase of growth."
