Exercise of Share Options
Focusrite Plc (AIM:TUNE), the global music and audio products company that trades under the Focusrite and Novation brands, received notification that Jeremy Wilson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, pursuant to the Focusrite Audio Engineering Limited EMI Plan 2014, has exercised the option to acquire 91,295 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. These options were exercised at a price of £0.146 each resulting in Focusrite receiving £13,329.07. The options will be satisfied from the Ordinary Shares held by the Focusrite Audio Engineering Limited Employee Benefit Trust.
Following the options exercise, Mr. Wilson will have a beneficial interest of 137,266 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the Group's issued share capital.
