Completion of Acquisition of Martin Audio Ltd

Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE) announces that, pursuant to its announcement on 19 December 2019 that it had acquired Martin Audio and associated companies, and its announcement that the resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting circulated to shareholders had been approved at the General Meeting of Focusrite held earlier today, the Group has now drawn down its new loan facilities and completed the acquisition of Martin Audio and associated companies.
