Tottenham Hotspur PLC17 January 2008 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Transaction in own shares/TVR The Company announces that, following the dealing date of 17 January 2008pursuant to the facility set up for shareholders in the Company holding 6,500ordinary shares or less ("Small Shareholders") to be able to dispose of theirshares in the Company at nil cost ("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company hasbought back for cancellation 5,833 ordinary shares at 130p per share. Following this transaction, there are 93,227,529 ordinary shares and 58,306preference shares in issue. The preference shares do not carry voting rightstherefore for the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules thetotal number of voting rights in the Company is 93,227,529. The above total voting figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine whether they are required tonotify their interests in, or change to their interest in, Tottenham Hotspur PLCunder the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
