Tottenham Hotspur PLC26 October 2007 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Nil Cost Dealing Facility The Board is aware that shareholders holding 6,500 ordinary shares or fewer('Small Shareholders') who wish to dispose of their ordinary shares may beunable to do so without incurring disproportionately high dealing costs.Previously the Company has established a facility whereby they could dispose oftheir shares in the Company at nil cost ("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"). The NilCost Dealing Facility is again being reinstated for Small Shareholders. On 26 October 2007, the Company wrote to all Small Shareholders setting out theterms of the Nil Cost Dealing Facility. The Nil Cost Dealing Facility operatesuntil 29 April 2008 and permits Small Shareholders to sell their entire holdingof shares in the Company. The shares will either be bought for cancellation bythe Company or sold through the market and trades will occur once each week, onThursdays. Capita IRG Trustees Limited and Seymour Pierce Limited, the Company's broker,are administering the Nil Cost Dealing Facility on behalf of the Company.
