Sharesave Scheme Maturity
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
On 1 November 2013, three year options granted over ordinary shares in the Company of 25p each ("Shares") on 1 October 2010 under the TT electronics plc Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") reached their maturity. The option price for this grant is 114p per ordinary share of 25p each.
On 1 November 2013, the following Executive Directors exercised their options as detailed below:
